The foundation is authorized to take all necessary measures to promote the purposes for which it was established. It is also authorized to acquire, manage, encumber and sell real estate and participations. The foundation's field of activity is primarily focused on Switzerland, particularly in the canton where the foundation is based. The duration of the foundation is unlimited.
