To promote and finance the publication of studies and research works on the Magistri moesani and other recognized Grison-Italian artists; to provide contributions to institutions and organizations that exhibit or enhance the works of the Magistri from the Moesano region through exhibitions, museums or restorations. In a broader interpretation of its purpose, the Foundation may consider projects related to Grison-Italian culture, such as: publishing manuscripts; subsidizing printing costs, in particular for publications founded by Arnoldo Marcelliano Zendralli; awarding encouragement prizes; assuming limited deficit guarantees; assigning and remunerating mandates for research and development; assuming the translation of manuscripts and the elaboration of summaries. The Foundation may award prizes or recognition every 3-5 years, up to a maximum total of 30,000 Swiss francs in the name of the Foundation itself, for particularly deserving works carried out in research on the Baroque period and/or for research on the emigration of Grison-Italian masters and architects of the Baroque period, and issue a respective regulation for this purpose. All contributions may be subject to temporal or specific attribution conditions.
