The Foundation pursues the purpose of promoting, creating, developing and/or managing, without geographical limits, cross-border, multi-sectoral and transgenerational initiatives aimed at the well-being of people, including the most vulnerable and those working on projects, through processes that favor change at the local and/or global level that are in harmony with nature in the present and over time. It will provide: promoting education through dialogue platforms, workshops and meetings to facilitate contact between students from different faculties and countries; promoting art as a means of dialogue that brings together different sectors (economy, science, culture, etc.) by encouraging innovative messages of change; promoting sports activities to strengthen social fabric, promote well-being and reconnect with nature; supporting young entrepreneurs' initiatives that aim to develop a circular and regenerative economy; supporting projects that help people recover and improve their psycho-physical well-being; strengthening social integration through intergenerational collaborations; encouraging sustainable finance programs that develop multi-sectoral projects and initiatives, linking the public and private sectors to recognize and integrate all real costs from the financial system; supporting innovative technological initiatives applied to daily activities and strengthening people's well-being in a circular economy; developing a data center and a collaboration and communication platform between the academic, philanthropic and change-promoting worlds. The Foundation pursues public utility goals and therefore has no profit motive. The recipients of the contributions must be non-profit organizations and, as such, benefit from tax exemption. The Foundation manages its assets with the aim of generating profits to be allocated to its activities, as well as striving to encourage and collect donations from public and private sources. The Foundation may confer mandates or hire employees on a fee basis to achieve its goals. The Foundation carries out its activities in Switzerland and abroad.
