The realization and total or partial management, on its own or through third parties, of a residential housing center, with premises also intended for meetings for study, seminar, conference, cultural event, entertainment and leisure purposes, aimed at promoting an economic, rational, aggregative and integrative residence for professors, assistants, students and specialized personnel of the Mendrisio Academy of Architecture. The Foundation may also award honorary titles and merits to individuals, entities and companies that have distinguished themselves in particular works of support in favor of the Academy, the Foundation, professors, assistants, academic students, deserving but in need of economic support. New organization: Foundation Council composed of a minimum of 7 members to a maximum of 11 members and audit office.
