Fondazione Ceria

Creating conditions to facilitate access to art and culture for disadvantaged categories due to physical, psychological, social, economic reasons or related to living conditions and quality of life. It has a humanitarian, apolitical and interconfessional character; it is non-profit and cannot distribute management profits. By way of example and not exhaustively, the Foundation will carry out, in Switzerland and abroad, activities aimed at: ensuring access to education for children in poverty. To achieve this goal, the selected children will be guided in every aspect in order to achieve healthy growth. Each child will be followed until the age of 16. Students will also be taught trades. The best students will be placed in high schools and universities until they achieve the degree of their choice; protection of heritage (also intellectual); planning of assets; conserving, investing, managing and disposing of its own capital and income or profits. The Foundation's capital can be invested in shares, participations and types of property or investments, limited to the purposes pursued by the Foundation; realization of private or public communication initiatives, events and any form of publication deemed useful for the statutory purposes and for fundraising; establishment of a system of relations with the business world to ensure the development of the Foundation as a center for Higher Education open to companies, institutions and public and private organizations to promote professional growth, integration capacity for equality of people, knowledge of new technologies, internationalization; organization, also by delegation to third parties, of cultural and artistic events, research projects, exhibitions; institution of prizes, scholarships, training internships, didactic courses and cultural cooperation and exchange at international level; publication of monographs, magazines, periodicals, books, art collections, musical and audiovisual pieces in general, promotion of the realization of cinematographic or television activities; enhancement and promotion of knowledge of all school subjects, also in the most modern forms of content and dissemination means; establishment and management of schools and universities in any sector.
