To uphold and defend the principles of Liberalism and to promote them; to maintain and manage the property located on part. 80 RFD of Collina d'Oro-Sez. Gentilino, for use in political, social and cultural events, with priority given to the Collina d'Oro Section of the Ticinese Liberal Radical Party and its members, but also to the entire population of Collina d'Oro, with particular attention to the activities of all associations active for ideal but non-political purposes. The Liberal-Radical Philharmonic Society of Collina d'Oro and a potentially reconstituted Liberal Radical Philharmonic of Collina d'Oro have, in their capacity as entities contributing to the aforementioned property, respectively as reconstituted entities, priority right to the use of the property. To ensure the present and future maintenance of the property, as well as to finance the activities provided for by the statute and the law, the foundation may rent out part of the property and request contributions from the beneficiaries of its use; support for the re-establishment and financing of the activities of a potentially reconstituted Liberal Radical Philharmonic of Collina d'Oro by a group of musicians of liberal-radical faith; the organization of special initiatives and events, both of a political and social or cultural nature, as well as the granting of non-repayable contributions for this purpose; material, intellectual and moral mutual aid.
