The foundation, which excludes any profit-making purpose, aims to raise public awareness of the problem of animal suffering and provide direct and immediate assistance to animals in need, caring for them and, for domestic animals, finding them a placement with host families. In particular, the foundation financially supports the Happy Strays Association. Furthermore, the Foundation promotes, through funding and other forms of support, those individuals or groups working in the field of animal protection.
