The purpose of the Foundation, established for public benefit, is to promote the development of new technologies and applications, particularly in the field of open and decentralized software architectures. To this end, decentralized and open technological structures must be made possible, promoted and maintained. The promotion, development and operation of new technologies are at the forefront. The purpose of the Foundation is also to support, technologically and/or financially, groups, public and private entities that deal with the development of decentralized software architectures. To this end, the Foundation may: a) promote and finance activities and projects; b) accept and grant donations and participate in national and foreign enterprises; c) issue, accept, hold and sell digital units of information based on blockchain, but not trade with them; d) contact and engage with authorities or third parties to promote the development and operation of new technologies and applications for financial and metal markets; e) accept, acquire, hold or grant intellectual property rights and licensing rights of any kind; f) undertake and promote all commercial activities and participate in all transactions and, in general, take all necessary, appropriate, related or desirable actions to achieve or promote the objectives described here. The Foundation may delegate the fulfillment of its tasks to other organizations, create such organizations and/or promote existing organizations. The Foundation is non-profit and does not pursue any profit. Within the scope of its purpose, the Foundation may operate both nationally and internationally. Potential beneficiaries in relation to the purpose and principles of the Foundation have no rights or claims against the Foundation.
