The Foundation aims to: a) fulfill the wishes of the late Mrs. Rulfo by creating protected apartments and/or apartments at moderate rent for blind or visually impaired people. Subordinately: b) Support the integration of blind or visually impaired people into the workforce through financial assistance and/or provision of suitable equipment. c) Encourage the participation of blind or visually impaired people in social, recreational and cultural activities with financial support and/or organization of events. As a rule, support for blind or visually impaired people is financed primarily with the results of current management and subordinately by drawing on the foundation's own capital, while important real estate projects will be financed using the foundation's own capital.
