To promote in Ticino the studies of numismatics, archaeology and classical antiquities; in particular, to contribute to the financing of the publication of the QUADERNI TICINESI DI NUMISMATICA E ANTICHITA' CLASSICHE (NAC), edited by the AMICI DEI QUADERNI TICINESI DI NUMISMATICA E ANTICHITA' CLASSICHE, so that the journal can maintain in the future the style, quality and value worthy of the fame that the first creators were able to confer on it; alternatively, to award scholarships to young Ticinese students who are pursuing studies in numismatics, archaeology or classical antiquities at university level.
