The foundation exclusively pursues ideal and public utility purposes. It aims to: organize, support and promote - autonomously or in close collaboration with public and/or private entities - art exhibitions, shows, ateliers, laboratories, conferences and cultural and educational activities in general within the park and the building complex of Villa Favorita or in other places and spaces deemed suitable; enhance and disseminate the cultural, artistic, architectural and botanical heritage of the park and the building complex of Villa Favorita. Within the scope of its activities, the foundation may, in particular, acquire, sell, receive by legacy or donation works of art, as well as receive or grant them on loan or for use and carry out exchanges. The foundation does not pursue commercial purposes and is non-profit. The foundation may acquire and/or rent real estate for the direct or indirect implementation of its purpose.
