The Felice Filippini Foundation aims to promote and enhance the works and figure of the artist Felice Filippini, making them accessible to the public through, but not limited to, initiatives such as organizing art exhibitions in Switzerland, publishing books, catalogues raisonnés, publishing his literary works, conferences, promoting academic studies, and any other activity related to the promotion and dissemination of the artist. It may exhibit the works of Felice Filippini and other artists, even emerging ones, giving them the opportunity to have free spaces for the exhibition of their works, which will be accessible to the public. The foundation may dispose of works to the extent necessary to achieve the foundation's purpose. The foundation's activities take place primarily in Ticino and in Switzerland, but also abroad through the loan of works to exhibitions held abroad and organized by other entities but not by the Foundation itself, to the extent that it is useful to promote the purpose of the Foundation. The foundation's capital is exclusively destined for the statutory purpose. The Foundation does not pursue a profit motive but solely a cultural purpose.
