The Foundation does not pursue a profit motive. The purpose of the Foundation is to allocate contributions and subsidies from the annual net income of its assets to needy elderly people, particularly those residing in the districts of Locarno and Vallemaggia. Legal entities operating in favor of elderly people are also considered. The Foundation aims to improve the quality and standard of living of elderly and needy people by providing material assistance in case of need and spiritual and moral support. To achieve this purpose, the Foundation may collaborate with associations, authorities, and other organizations in the region.
