To favour and finance the realisation, construction, management and administration of a retirement home or the promotion of social activities for the benefit of elderly people in the municipality of Airolo and surrounding municipalities. The structure will primarily benefit citizens residing in Airolo and/or the region. The Foundation may delegate the management and administration of the Retirement Home or structure to third parties or institutions. The Foundation is authorised to purchase real estate and movable assets intended to achieve the predetermined purpose. The Foundation may collaborate with public and private entities based in Switzerland that pursue similar goals.
