The promotion of vocational and cultural training for the benefit of young people in Ticino. The assistance is intended, as the case may be, to subsidize the completion of schools and studies, special training courses, or the purchase of any necessary auxiliary means, for the benefit of deserving young people in need of support and not already benefiting from other sufficient subsidies, or to support the activities of cultural and/or educational institutions within the framework of a specific project with similar direct or indirect objectives.
