Fondazione Luciana e Paolo Poma

The general protection of the artistic heritage of Ticino, particularly with regard to the works of the following artists: Edmondo Dobrzanski, Felice Filippini, Jean Corty and Roberto Marcello Iras Baldessari. The foundation aims to promote activities aimed at conserving this artistic heritage and making it accessible to the public. To this end, the Foundation is authorized to open and manage a 'living' museum in Morcote, finding suitable premises, for which the Foundation is also authorized to purchase. The Foundation is also authorized to carry out all operations useful for achieving its purpose, including investing all or part of its assets, concluding any useful agreements with public or private organizations, and acquiring real estate. The Foundation pursues objectives of public utility and operates without profit.
