The income from its assets is used for the restoration and preservation of paintings of some artistic value, as well as the decorative stuccos found in the Church of the Assumption in Arbedo. If for any reason the aforementioned restoration work cannot be carried out, any available funds will be donated to poor and sick children in the Alpine valleys of Ticino or to non-state institutions with the purpose of caring for or assisting them.
