The purpose of the Foundation is to support the activities of public utility institutions based in Switzerland. The foundation must annually distribute an amount, which cannot exceed 5% of the Foundation's assets and which must be allocated in the indicated proportions: 10% in favor of Terres des hommes, Lausanne; 10% in favor of Pro Juventute, Ticino Section; 15% in favor of Pro Senectute, Ticino Section; 10% in favor of the Ticino Opera for childhood assistance, Sorengo; 5% in favor of the La Fonte Foundation, Neggio; 10% to the Swiss Foundation for Nature Protection, Basel; 10% to the Swiss Foundation for Children with Cerebral Palsy, Basel; 20% to the Ticino League for the Fight against Cancer, Bellinzona; 10% to other charitable institutions chosen by the Foundation Council, provided that they are recognized as being in the public interest according to the Ticino tax law or the LIFD.
