It builds, restores and manages the secondary road network and trails according to agricultural, forestry and tourism needs. It finances, independently and in close collaboration with interested public and private entities, in particular: interventions to safeguard natural, building and rural heritage, including the purchase of real estate; improvement of existing structures on the territory - scientific research programs. It supports tourism development in the mountain area, particularly agritourism. It disseminates the interventions carried out in various contexts. It collaborates with municipalities and other public and private entities to achieve its goals.
