The purpose of the foundation is to protect the natural and cultural heritage of the Indemini area, in particular the protection, preservation and enhancement of the natural and architectural landscape of the Monti Sciaga, the protection of historical and cultural objects, the restoration and management of the plots of land no. 660, 663, 664, 665, 668, 669, 674, 675, 676, 678, 684, 686, 688 and 692 RFD Gambarogno-Indemini, made available by the municipality, for tourist-agricultural purposes. More generally, any commercial, financial, real estate or movable transaction that can be directly or indirectly related to the social purpose and to similar or related purposes, which can facilitate its development or realization. The foundation pursues objectives of public utility and therefore operates without profit.
