The NUNCHI FOUNDATION (NUNCHI FOUNDATION) is a non-profit organization established for the public benefit. Its main mission is to promote the development and adoption of new technologies and applications, with a particular focus on open and decentralized software architectures. To this end, the foundation is committed to supporting, promoting, and maintaining open and decentralized technological infrastructures. Its fundamental objectives include the promotion, development, and operation of innovative technologies, as well as providing technological and/or financial support to public, private, or groups engaged in the development of decentralized software systems. To achieve its objectives, the NUNCHI FOUNDATION (NUNCHI FOUNDATION) may: a) Promote and finance relevant activities and projects; b) Accept and grant donations, and participate in national and international initiatives or enterprises; c) Issue, accept, hold, and sell digital information units based on blockchain or similar technologies, provided that this does not constitute trading activities; d) Collaborate with authorities and third parties to support the development and implementation of technologies, particularly in the financial, metals, and Real-World Assets (RWA) sectors; e) Acquire, hold, grant, or transfer intellectual property rights and licenses of any kind; f) Undertake non-profit commercial activities and operations necessary, appropriate, or useful for achieving the foundation's purposes; Delegate activities to other organizations, establish new entities, or support existing ones in line with its mission. The NUNCHI FOUNDATION (NUNCHI FOUNDATION) operates on a non-profit basis and does not pursue any profit-making purpose. Within the scope of its purpose, the foundation may operate both nationally and internationally. Potential beneficiaries, in relation to the purpose and principles of the foundation, do not have any rights or claims against the foundation.
