To protect the environmental, historical, cultural and landscape heritage of the Mendrisiotto region. This purpose is pursued through the protection, promotion and enhancement of assets of artistic, historical, cultural and landscape interest, as well as the defense and enhancement of nature, the environment and their agricultural components. The Foundation undertakes and promotes any action aimed at protecting, conserving and recovering the assets present in the Mendrisiotto region and the environments related to them. The Foundation promotes, for this purpose, study, scientific research, documentation, promotion and intervention activities, both directly and by organizing any action useful for achieving the purpose. It can also maintain relationships and connections with other entities with similar purposes, whether private, public or institutional. The Foundation can acquire and manage, under any title and in any manner, assets of artistic, historical, cultural, landscape, environmental and agricultural interest within the Mendrisiotto region. The Foundation can receive assets from other Foundations with similar purposes.
