The foundation's primary goal is the conservation, care and documentation of Piero Del Bondio's artistic legacy, including the copyrights related to his works. In particular, it aims to make the artist's artistic heritage accessible to the public through an adequate presence both online and through public and private exhibitions. To support and finance its activities, the foundation reserves the right to sell artworks and editions, both directly and through third parties. Furthermore, among the foundation's objectives are the publication of books and the evaluation of existing works, in order to ensure a correct valorization of Piero Del Bondio's work. The foundation promotes and organizes cultural and artistic events, fosters collaborations with artistic and cultural institutions at national and international level, and supports educational and dissemination activities to spread knowledge of the artist's work. Another goal of the foundation is to support other artists affiliated with the foundation, offering them opportunities for growth and visibility in the artistic landscape. The foundation also enhances the territory of Val Bregaglia, where Piero Del Bondio was born and raised, promoting initiatives that highlight its cultural and artistic heritage. The foundation operates exclusively for public benefit purposes, in accordance with current regulations, and has no profit-making or gain-seeking purpose. Within the framework of the established purpose, the foundation is active throughout the cantonal territory.
