The Foundation has exclusively cult purposes and specifically: The Ministry of worship in the Church of San Sisinio in Mendrisio. For the Ministry of worship, the Foundation will propose to the diocesan Bishop a priest, whether it be the Parish Priest or the Parish Vicar of Mendrisio or a specific Chaplain, ensuring his remuneration. The ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the Church of San Sisinio and the adjacent Cemetery and all the real estate assets of the suppressed Parish Benefit of San Sisinio alla Torre. Through an agreement, the Foundation may grant the Association of Torriani Families, former patrons of the Parish Benefit, the management and use of the Cemetery, as well as the management and use of other entities or facilities (e.g. the organ and the archive). The agreement will establish the conditions.
