To promote, implement and manage an electrical micro-power plant in the territory of the municipality of Prato Leventina, thereby contributing to solving the problems of water supply, considering that the net profit derived from this activity will be spent (or paid to entities that will spend it) on initiatives of public utility in the tourist, cultural, economic, scientific and any other field mainly in favor of the municipality and population of Prato Leventina, as well as the municipalities and population of the Alta Leventina. To promote, implement and manage other micro-power plants in other municipalities of the Leventina Valley.
