The Foundation aims to achieve the following purposes: to allocate annual contributions to the Gravesano Middle School to be used for the benefit of all students from the municipalities that are part of the school district for extracurricular activities, such as: school trips; outings; study trips; shows; cultural visits; class projects; in addition, contributions for the school library and the purchase of educational equipment and materials; the awarding of prizes to the most deserving students of the Gravesano Middle School at the end of their compulsory education cycle; the establishment of annual scholarships for students who have attended the Gravesano Middle School and are still resident in the municipalities and districts that are co-patrons, who undertake university or para-university studies. In respect of the founder Matteo Rusca's wishes, priority will be given to those pursuing university careers in the fields of architecture and religious culture; financial contributions to the municipalities or associations of municipalities and districts that are co-patrons for the implementation of cultural and social activities; the management, care, and maintenance of the Foundation's real estate properties in Switzerland and Italy, as well as its capital and securities from an economic, administrative, and technical point of view. The Foundation pursues objectives of public utility and therefore operates without profit.
