The foundation's purpose is to provide occupational pension benefits for the senior executives of the founding company or the employer company (hereinafter referred to as the company) and companies that are closely linked to it economically or financially. It provides support and benefits in case of old age, disability or a situation of need such as illness, accident or unemployment. In agreement with the company, the foundation board may decide that companies with close financial or economic ties to the latter join the foundation. These memberships must in no way reduce the claims of the foundation's beneficiaries. The membership of a company closely linked to the company is done through an affiliation agreement. To achieve its purpose, the foundation may conclude insurance contracts or join existing contracts; it is then the policyholder and beneficiary.
