The fund's purpose is to provide supplementary pension benefits to the executives of A. Marchon SA and the companies that belong to it or with which it has a close economic or financial link (hereinafter: the employer), as well as their survivors, against the economic consequences of old age, death, and disability. A company's affiliation is based on an affiliation agreement that must be brought to the attention of the supervisory authority. The membership of an employer must in no way reduce the claims of the insured and beneficiaries of the fund. To achieve its purpose, the fund may conclude insurance contracts or join existing contracts. It is then the policyholder and beneficiary.
