Occupational pension provision for the employees of Daniel Charpilloz SA, providing assistance and benefits: a) to the employee in case of old age, disability or need, such as in case of illness, accident or unemployment affecting them personally; b) to the employee in need, such as in case of illness, accident, unemployment or disability of their spouse, minor or incapacitated children, or other persons they support; c) in the event of the employee's death, to the surviving spouse, divorced spouse, and persons they were supporting at the time of their death; if such persons do not exist, to the legal heirs.
