Fonds de prévoyance de PROTECTAS SA et sociétés apparentées

The Fund aims to protect the employees of the Founder (Protectas SA), as well as those of the companies Protectas Aviation Security AG, Protectas Technology SA and Orqual SA, hereinafter collectively referred to as the companies, against the economic consequences resulting from old age, disability and death. The Fund may not make any payments that are incumbent on the companies by law or by contract, nor any payments that have the character of remuneration for work such as family allowances, cost-of-living allowances, seniority bonuses or other salary supplements.
