The Foundation aims to provide professional prevision within the framework of the LPP and its implementing provisions for the closed circle of pension beneficiaries as of January 1, 2019, as well as their survivors, against the economic consequences of loss of income due to old age or death. The Foundation may extend the prevision beyond the legal minimum benefits. The Foundation is registered in the professional prevision registry with the LPP Supervisory Authority and the Western Swiss Foundations (As-So). To achieve its purpose, the Foundation may conclude insurance contracts or join existing contracts; it must then be the policyholder and beneficiary.
