To organize the old-age, survivors' and disability insurance for the founder's staff in the sense of the LPP; this purpose is achieved by a semi-autonomous fund that capitalizes savings and concludes risk insurance with an insurance company operating in Switzerland; to organize social security for the latter, in particular with regard to disability and illness; to intervene on their behalf, in any other form, in case of particular need; the payment of old-age and sickness insurance premiums and contributions incumbent on the foundation, using the foundation's free funds.
