to provide assistance to employees (workers, employees and management) of Compagnie Montres Longines, Francillon S.A. and its affiliated companies, as well as their dependents, affected by events such as old age, illness, accidents, disability or death; to take charge of the necessary amounts for the improvement or maintenance of the benefits provided by the Compagnie des Montres Longines, Francillon S.A. and its affiliated companies' pension fund; to allocate benefits in case of unemployment, facilitate affiliation with health insurance funds by participating in the payment of premiums and indemnities, award scholarships to children of workers or employees undergoing apprenticeships or studies; to promote or encourage any activity with social utility, likely to contribute to the well-being of active or retired personnel.
