The operation of restaurants and hotels; the import, production and marketing of all products related to gastronomy, cuisine and wine; the provision of catering services in its own premises or at third-party locations; the sale of cooked or uncooked meals for takeaway. The company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate or movable transactions, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
