The company may establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other domestic and foreign enterprises, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, and enter into any transactions and conclude any contracts that are suitable to promote the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related thereto. The company may acquire, hold, manage, encumber, exploit, and dispose of real estate, participations, financial instruments, intellectual property rights, and licenses in Switzerland and abroad.
