The Foundation pursues the following goals: charitable action worldwide, protection and implementation of children's and minors' rights. Assistance to minors and families in distress and emergency situations, for aid, better education, guidance through sports, as well as any other form of assistance and relief. Cooperation in favor of disadvantaged or developing populations. To this end, the Foundation undertakes to provide material assistance and means of assistance to children and disadvantaged persons in Switzerland and abroad. Development and financing of scientific and medical research. Actions to promote the environment and climate. Assistance in the fight against racism, anti-Semitism, and exclusion. Within the framework of its purpose, the foundation is a public utility organization and is apolitical, but it may support projects of religious organizations, provided that the goals of these organizations meet the goals of the Foundation, particularly with regard to social development objectives, in the field of education and support for young people and disadvantaged persons. The Foundation does not seek profit or enrichment. It will carry out its activities in Switzerland and abroad and will allocate its assets and any profits to support mutual aid and development projects worldwide. The foundation may also allocate part of its assets and profits to non-profit organizations with a similar purpose under the law. With regard to the means implemented, the foundation may carry out any activity necessary to achieve its purpose. Among the fundraising activities, it may, for example, carry out fundraising activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
