The company's purpose is to carry out, in Switzerland and abroad, all real estate transactions (purchase, sale, financing, management of real estate, management of real estate projects) as well as the provision of all services in these areas; real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners are excluded. The company may: - engage in any financial, commercial and industrial activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose; - conclude all contracts intended to develop its purpose or directly or indirectly related to it; - establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; - participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; - perform, for the group to which it belongs, all treasury operations; - grant loans and any other form of financing or guarantees or any other form of security to one or more shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit, if it promotes the interests of the company.
