The company's purpose is: all real estate transactions such as buying, building, renovating, transforming, developing, selling, renting, managing, promoting and brokering, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE), as well as all real estate developments in the form of general or total enterprise; the preparation of plans, the public inquiry as well as all architectural studies; the study, planning, supervision and monitoring of construction sites as well as the direction of works. The company may also: a) carry out all commercial, financial or movable transactions; b) take participations in other companies; c) in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad.
