The company's purpose is to trade in and broker, finance and manage real estate. The acquisition is limited to properties that may be acquired by persons abroad without authorization under the applicable Swiss regulations, as long as the company is considered a person abroad under this legislation. The company may conduct all business and take all measures that are suitable to promote the company's purpose directly or indirectly, such as acquiring, managing, using, encumbering and disposing of undertakings of all kinds, real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, establishing branches and agencies, granting loans, managing capital and providing guarantees in favor of affiliated companies.
