The execution of painting, coating and varnishing of buildings, furniture and machinery, thermal insulation, concrete renovation, antique plastering and plastic rendering, and in general the activity of a painting company. The company is also authorized to acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate, as well as to participate in real estate companies and enterprises; however, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE subordination procedure) on the condition that the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) LAFE. The company may acquire interests and participations in other companies, both in Switzerland and abroad, as well as carry out all commercial, financial or other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose.
