The company also aims to manage and provide services in the fields of accounting, taxation, financial services, general administration, project management and consulting services. The company may, in direct or indirect relation to its purpose: carry out all financial, commercial and real estate transactions, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE; participate in all enterprises or activities in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its members or to third parties, if it serves its interests; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
