It may grant loans or other financing to its subsidiaries for consideration or free of charge, enter into indemnification obligations or subordination agreements for the benefit of such companies, and provide security of any kind for the liabilities of such other companies, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or by guarantees of any kind.
