Maintenance of the property Kat.-Nr. 5743/Seebach, Ausserdorfstrasse 24, 8052 Zurich, with the proviso that the building and the existing park are to be preserved and maintained in the state they were in on the day of the founder's death. Structural changes within the building are possible. External changes to the building are also possible, provided its character is preserved. The maintenance of the dedicated property is to be paid from the income of the foundation assets, with the foundation board being required to make annual provisions to ensure this preservation. The net amount remaining from the income is to be allocated to the following institutions: a) one-third to the Reformed Church Community of Seebach (City of Zurich), b) one-third to the Grünhalde old people's home of the Association for Old People's and Nursing Homes in Zurich-Seebach, c) one-third to the Swiss Foundation for the Elderly. The foundation board makes the final decision on the maintenance work to be carried out on the property, the amount of provisions to be made for this purpose, and the amount to be distributed to the beneficiaries listed under a) to c).
