The company's purpose is the repair, modification, construction, and sale of construction machinery, agricultural machinery, cars, utility vehicles, trucks, the purchase and sale of mechanical parts, machining, precision engineering, metal construction, as well as any other activities related to the main purpose. The company may also: carry out, for its own account or for the account of third parties, all commercial, financial, or industrial operations, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto; acquire all real estate for the purpose of establishing a permanent establishment within the meaning of the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE); create branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate, in any form, in all similar enterprises; and grant loans to partners or to third parties.
