The company's purpose is to acquire, hold and sell commercial properties in Switzerland and abroad, manage and broker real estate, and plan and execute new and renovation projects, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). The company may conduct all business and take all measures that are suitable to promote the company's purpose directly or indirectly, such as acquiring, managing, using, encumbering and selling businesses, real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, as well as establishing branches and subsidiaries. The company may provide direct or indirect financing to third parties or companies in which it has a direct or indirect interest, as well as to direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which such parties have a direct or indirect interest, whether through loans or other financing, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, with or without consideration. The company may grant security of any kind for its own liabilities or the liabilities of the aforementioned companies or individuals, including through pledges, assignments, fiduciary transfers or guarantees of any kind, with or without consideration. The company may provide such financing or grant security, even if it is in the exclusive interest of third parties or companies in which it has a direct or indirect interest, or of direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which such parties have a direct or indirect interest.
