The company's purpose is to supply, purchase and sell, and in general to trade in food products, as well as to carry out all activities related thereto, with these activities being mainly performed in Poland. The company may, in addition, conduct all business that is intended or suitable to develop the company or promote or facilitate the company's purpose. In particular, it may participate in other companies, establish branches, acquire, encumber and sell real estate and intellectual property. It may also provide financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, as well as grant guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties.
