The foundation aims to: Provide financial support to young people and adults up to the age of 30 residing in the villages of Diesbach, Hätzingen, and Luchsingen for vocational and academic education and training, as well as for artistic, cultural, and sporting promotion, financing events that are beneficial to the young people residing in the villages of Diesbach, Hätzingen, and Luchsingen. The allocation of these support contributions is made for 30 years exclusively from the income of the foundation's assets. After the expiry of this period, the foundation council is also permitted to allocate contributions from the foundation's assets. The details are determined by a regulation to be issued by the foundation council. The boundaries of the aforementioned villages are defined by the borders of the former unified municipality of Luchsingen, i.e., to the right of the Linth the area between Diesbach and Rotrunse and to the left of the Linth the area between Schwändibach and Steinigenbach. In addition, the foundation may take any measures that serve to achieve its purpose.
