The company's purpose is the operation of a cheese dairy, including the production and marketing of cheeses and other dairy products, the marketing of other food products, and the maturation of cheeses in Switzerland and abroad. The company may carry out in Switzerland and abroad, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all commercial, financial or real estate operations (in Switzerland with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its purpose, take participations in any commercial, industrial or financial enterprises (in Switzerland with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE), create branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company is authorized to take financing, restructuring and intercession measures in favor of shareholders, group companies or third parties, as well as to grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, group companies or third parties when this promotes its interests.
