The purpose of the company is to participate in other companies, in particular in Fr. Sauter Holding AG, Basel, to secure the Sauter Group as a high-performance, competitive and self-financing company to the extent possible, and to create the conditions for accessing financial resources that enable willing minority shareholders to sell their shares and participation certificates of Fr. Sauter Holding AG on reasonable terms. To achieve this purpose, the company can acquire and manage participations, in particular in Fr. Sauter Holding AG, Basel, and in other companies belonging to the Sauter Group, as well as conduct financing transactions within the Sauter Group. The company can participate in similar companies, acquire real estate and establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It can also take on consulting and coordination tasks within the Sauter Group.
