The company may also assume representations in the sector and of related products, including the promotion thereof. The company may proceed with the purchase, holding, sale and rental of equipment, machinery, movable and immovable property of any nature. The company may participate in other companies with a similar or analogous purpose, establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, grant and receive loans from/to its shareholders.
